Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, guides, templates, and other downloadable content purchased through Smart Choices Ebooks are final. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Merchandise Returns

Physical merchandise sold through our website is fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Returns for eligible merchandise items are handled according to Printful’s return policies and procedures.
